Caroline Watson has been with Estee Lauder for more than 15 years. She manages a 4 state territory and more than 358 employees. She’s responsible for developing new training formats and techniques for senior executives and front-line personnel for a billion dollar brand.
Previous to Estee Lauder, Caroline worked for The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She completed executive development training at Vassar College, advanced presentation skills workshops with The Novas Group and Social Style and Communication courses with the Caherns Tracom Group. Caroline launched new product lines in skin care and make-up in Estee Lauder’s highest profile locations; Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Scottsdale and Honolulu. Most recently she worked alongside Gwyneth Paltrow and Elizabeth Hurley on their celebrity product launches. Additionally, she was chosen as the corporation’s “face” for welcoming and initiating all new beauty advisors.
